Steam testing units for hydraulically or pneumatically controlled safety valve control systems according to DIN EN ISO 4126-5 (former TRD 421)
The steam testing units (pressure check devices), together with the on the safety steam valves mounted hydraulic cylinders and the associated hydraulic units, are the components of the electro-hydraulic safety valve control for controlling hydraulically operated main valves in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4126-5 (former TRD 421), for which the asfa-Antriebssysteme has a type test approval by the TÜV association with the type test approval mark TÜV.SV.21-862. Additional, the steam testing units, together with pneumatic actuators, which are installed with the associated components on the safety steam valves, are the components of the electro-pneumatic safety valve control for controlling pneumatically operated main valves, also in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4126-5 (former TRD 421), for which the asfa-Antriebssysteme has a type test approval from the German VdTÜV with the type test approval mark TÜV.SV.18-1093.

Execution:
-
optionally installed in a cabinet for floor mounting or on a rack for wall mounting
-
with lockable shut-off valves (only one key for all three shut-off valves)
-
with electrical testing device (e.g. for a partial stroke test)
-
optionally with electronic or mechanical pressure switches
-
as an option with built-in safety temperature limiters
